how it works
- pick your finish, sheet size, and quantity.
- upload two files (three for a custom shape): background artwork + sticker artwork.
- relax. we print, kiss-cut, and deliver.
preparing your files
to make your sheet right, we need two files from you: the background that sits behind your stickers, and the stickers themselves on a transparent layer. a third file if you want to dial in a custom sheet shape (see below).
upload files
- background file: the artwork behind your stickers. the sheet shape can be whatever you want, as long as it fits inside your chosen sheet dimensions.
- sticker file: all your stickers on a transparent layer, arranged how you want them placed. max. 12 stickers per sheet.
- resolution: 1500px min, 300 DPI on both files.
border & cutting
as standard we add a 2-3mm white outline around each sticker for cutting. you've got options if you want something different.
alternate options
- custom border color: provide us a hexcode in the order notes.
- no border: we cut directly into your artwork, background shows around the edge. add 1-2mm bleed inside your design and leave a note.
- own border: include it in your sticker file, just add 1-2mm bleed so we can cut clean & leave a note.
custom sheet shape
the sheet itself doesn't have to be a rectangle. by default we cut a clean shape to fit your artwork, no extra file needed. if you want to dial it in yourself, upload a third file with a solid color shape as your cutline. we'll vectorize it and cut to that. if anything's off we'll let you know, and you get a proof before we print either way.
custom shapes add a 12% fee to the main price.
finishes
- glossy, matte, satin: UV-resistant, waterproof, scratch-proof against casual wear. good for laptops, bottles, outdoor use.
- holo overlay, sparkle: the laminate covers the whole sheet, so your background gets the shimmer too. not UV-resistant, best for indoor surfaces, laptops, journals, and anything out of direct sunlight. waterproof and scratch-proof against casual wear.

Storage Instructions
Store your products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and moisture to prevent warping, fading, or material degradation. Keep magnets away from electronic devices, credit cards, and medical implants such as pacemakers. To avoid bending or damage, store stickers, laminates, and prints flat. Always keep all products out of reach of children and pets for safety.
Warnings
Our products are not suitable for children under 3 years old, as small parts may present a choking hazard. Magnets can interfere with electronic equipment and medical devices, so handle them with care. Be cautious of sharp edges on laminated products, and remember that vinyl and plastic components are flammable — keep them away from open flames and extreme heat.
Vinyl stickers and sticker sheets are printed with aqueous inks and are not recommended for outdoor use, even if laminated with UV-resistant films. Prolonged exposure to outdoor conditions may lead to fading, evaporation, or adhesive failure due to UV, heat, or cold. No vinyl or sublimated products are dishwasher-safe. If cleaning is necessary, hand-wash decorated items gently with lukewarm water and minimal abrasion.
These products are intended for decorative or functional purposes only and should not be ingested or misused.
Disposal Instructions
Dispose of all products responsibly by following your local waste and recycling regulations. Vinyl stickers, laminates, and plastic bookmarks are not biodegradable, so please recycle them where facilities are available. Avoid incinerating vinyl or plastic materials, as they may release toxic fumes. Magnets should be separated from other materials and disposed of safely.
