🇩🇪 GERMANY

  • Under 75€: 3.50€ shipping.
  • 75€ and over: FREE SHIPPING.

🇪🇺 EUROPE

  • EU (plus Switzerland, Liechtenstein & Monaco), under 150€: 8.00€ shipping.
  • 150€ and over: FREE SHIPPING.
  • Non-EU Europe: 10.00€ flat.
  • We cannot ship to Austria.

🇬🇧 UK

  • Under 150€: 12.00€ shipping.
  • 150€ and over: FREE SHIPPING.

🇺🇸 USA (DELIVERED DUTY PAID!)

  • Shipping is weight-based, starting at 15.00€ for small orders (up to 500g) and scaling up to 50.00€ for a full 5kg parcel. The exact price is shown at checkout.
  • US orders are dispatched in a weekly batch every Monday. Since the US tariff changes in 2025, we route US parcels through a logistics partner instead of DHL/Deutsche Post to keep shipping affordable: your order first travels to their hub before heading to you, so please allow a little extra transit time.
  • US orders ship fully tracked with USPS Smartmail+ Ground.

🇨🇦 CANADA

  • Under 180€: 14.00€ shipping.
  • 180€ and over: FREE SHIPPING.

🌏 ASIA

  • Under 180€: 10.00€ shipping.
  • 180€ and over: FREE SHIPPING.

🇿🇦 SOUTH AFRICA

  • 10.00€ flat shipping.

🌍 REST OF THE WORLD

  • 15.00€ flat shipping (Australia, New Zealand, Latin America, the Caribbean, Oceania, and everywhere else we ship).

Orders within Germany ship as DHL Kleinpaket, or DHL Paket for larger parcels. International orders ship with DHL/Deutsche Post; US orders travel with USPS Smartmail+ Ground and include tracking.

We hand your order to the carrier promptly. When shipping involves two postal systems, customs, and long distances, delivery can sometimes take longer than expected. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, contact us before ordering for advice on deadlines or faster options.

The buyer is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes (US orders excluded, your duties are already paid). We don't falsify customs forms, it's illegal. These charges are usually collected by the delivering carrier or at pickup; please don't confuse them with additional shipping charges. As a seller we have no way of knowing whether your government will charge these taxes or how much they'll be. To help you plan ahead, you'll find a duty calculator on our product pages and at checkout that gives you a rough estimate of what you might be charged. It's an estimate only though, actual charges are set by your customs authority and we can't take responsibility for any difference.
