Shipping policy
Due to the U.S. executive order on De Minimis, we now ship US orders through our partner in 🇰🇷 South Korea, from where they're forwarded to you with tracked DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping. We cover the 15% tariff for you. Your tracking information gets updated with a USPS tracking number once it leaves our partners warehouse.

All orders are shipped with DHL Warenpost National & International. It's shipped with limited tracking and is only available for smaller parcels up to 35.3x25x5cm in size. Larger orders are shipped with DHL Paket International.
We'll get your item to the post office (or another carrier) promptly. However, when shipping involves two postal systems, customs, and long distances, delivery can sometimes take longer than expected. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, feel free to contact our team for advice on order deadlines or faster shipping options.
The buyer is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes (we don't falsify customs forms, it's illegal). These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. As a seller we have no way of knowing if your government will charge you these taxes, or how much they will be. You are responsible for all taxes and duties.
