artwork formatting

accepted file formats:

• we can work with most image file types, but files with transparent backgrounds are ideal—vector formats are especially recommended for the best results.

resolution requirements:

• for high-quality prints, make sure your design is at least 300 pixels per inch (300 ppi) at its final print size. if you're printing telegram stickers (512x512 pixels), keep the size no larger than 3 inches (75mm).

color mode:

using CMYK color mode is strongly recommended to achieve accurate color matching, as it minimizes discrepancies during printing.

• some colors, like blues, purples, and grays, may appear darker or lose contrast when converted from RGB to CMYK.
• blues can sometimes shift toward violet, and light grays may develop a bluish tint after conversion.
• while we take steps to minimize these changes, submitting your design in CMYK helps ensure the most accurate print colors.

remove drop shadows:

• if your design includes a drop shadow, please remove it before uploading. shadows will be printed as part of the sticker, which may not be the desired effect. below is an example showing designs with and without shadows for reference.
