artwork formatting
what are the accepted file formats?
we accept most image formats, but files with transparent backgrounds are ideal; vector formats are especially preferred.
and the resolution requirements?
for the best high-quality results, make sure your design is at least 300 pixels per inch (300 ppi) resolution at its final print size. if you're printing telegram stickers (512x512 pixels), keep the size no larger than 3 inches (75mm) when ordering, else you'll see pixels (and you don't want that!).
what color mode do I use?
we print from RGB files, as our workflow is calibrated to Epson’s sRGB profile and our custom material profiles. this allows us to use the printer’s full color gamut. for the most accurate results, set your document to RGB color mode using the sRGB IEC61966-2.1 profile (the default RGB profile in Photoshop) or Epson sRGB. avoid converting to CMYK, as our system will convert it back to RGB internally, which can reduce color vibrancy.
what about drop shadows in my sticker image?
if your design includes a drop shadow, please remove it before uploading. shadows will be printed as part of the sticker, which may not be the desired effect. below is an example showing designs with and without shadows for reference.
