Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.
How to Return
- Customer pays for return shipping (we do not provide return labels).
- Contact us at dog@muttrest.wtf to initiate a return. Returns must be sent to the original shipping address; reach out if you’re unsure.
- No restocking fee will be applied.
Exceptions
- Final sale items: Custom printed orders cannot be returned.
- Returns from outside the European Union are generally not accepted due to significant administrative challenges. However, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis if you provide a compelling reason. Please contact us at dog@muttrest.wtf to discuss your situation.
- We do not accept returns for perishable goods, hazardous materials, or personal care items.
Damages or Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at dog@muttrest.wtf so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that banks may take additional time to post the refund.
EU Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it first (following the return process above), then place a new order for the desired item.
