All orders are shipped with DHL Warenpost National & International. It's shipped with limited tracking and is only available for smaller parcels up to 35.3x25x5cm in size. Tracking is available for an upcharge of 3.50€, regardless if the free shipping threshold has been reached or not. In case you have a bigger order, we will quote you a shipping price individually with DHL (tracked).
We'll get your item to the post office (or another carrier) promptly. However, when shipping involves two postal systems, customs, and long distances, delivery can sometimes take longer than expected. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, feel free to contact our team for advice on order deadlines or faster shipping options.
The buyer is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes (we don't falsify customs forms, it's illegal). These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
