custom sticker business cards

how it works

1. pick your finish, corners, and quantity.
2. upload two files: background artwork + sticker artwork.
3. relax. we print, kiss-cut, and deliver.

preparing your files

we need two files from you: the background that fills the whole 85x55mm, and the sticker itself on a transparent layer, placed where you want it. the whole thing is one sticker. the kiss-cut just scores around your sticker so it can lift out from the background separately.

upload files

both files need to be the same size: 91x61mm at 300 DPI. that's the 85x55mm card plus 3mm bleed on all sides. keeping them matched means your design lands exactly where you placed it.

• background file: the artwork filling the full 91x61mm. this is the rest of the sticker, around your design.
• sticker file: your design on a transparent layer, placed where you want it on the 91x61mm canvas. this is the part scored to lift out on its own.

corners

the card comes with rounded or square corners, your pick. choose when you order.

border & cutting

as standard we add a 2-3mm white outline around your design for the kiss-cut. you've got options if you want something different.

alternate options

• custom border color: provide us a hexcode in the order notes.
• no border: we cut directly into your artwork, background shows around the edge. add 1-2mm bleed inside your design and leave a note.
• own border: include it in your sticker file, just add 1-2mm bleed so we can cut clean.

finishes

• glossy, matte, satin: UV-resistant, waterproof, scratch-proof against casual wear. good for laptops, bottles, outdoor use.
• holo overlay, sparkle: the laminate covers the whole sticker, so your background gets the shimmer too. not UV-resistant, best for indoor surfaces, laptops, journals, and anything out of direct sunlight. waterproof and scratch-proof against casual wear.
