we accept all image formats and sizes, but for the best print quality, we recommend uploading your artwork as a jpeg, png, pdf, psd, or svg file. high-resolution files result in better-quality prints!

preparing your files for printing
to achieve accurate colors that match what you see on your screen, please save your files in the CMYK color profile and ensure they are at least 300dpi. we also accept RGB files, but we recommend converting them to CMYK for the most accurate print results. for optimal outcomes, use files that are the appropriate size of your print (ex.: 210 x 297 mm file @ 300dpi for A4). be sure to wait for the upload to complete successfully. for edge-to-edge prints, include bleed space (details below).

bleed space & edge options
for borderless prints, make sure to include a bleed area, and let us know if you’d like us to trim 3-5mm inside your image.

if you prefer a white border around your print, include it in your artwork file or mention it in your order notes.

paper finish
our prints are produced on 290gsm satin premium lustre photo paper. this paper has a semi-gloss, matte-like finish that reduces light reflection and features a durable, plastic-backed feel. it's high-quality and archival-grade to ensure your prints are vibrant and long-lasting.
